The cook will ensure the preparation and cooking of meals in the kitchen according to established standards.

- Preparation of meals

- Preparation of planned meals
- Set up and pleasant presentation
- Purchase of food and supplies
- Purchase of emergency supplies when required
- Inventory Management
- Receives and verifies the entry of goods to ensure that they meet demands
- Complete the documentation required by the administration
- Menu planning
- Menu grid collaboration
- Ensures that the food value matches the needs of the beneficiaries.
- Maintains hygiene standards
- Control of required temperatures
- Handling control and hygiene standards
- Kitchen maintenance
- Maintains equipment to ensure proper operation
- Maintain consistent cleanliness and sanitation in work areas
- Garbage management
- Washing of from pans and work tools
- Any other tasks that may be requested by management
